Hear My Home ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). We never store your password in plain text.
Profile and branding information. You may optionally provide a professional headshot, company logo, brokerage name, phone number, contact email, and website URL. This information is displayed on your public buyer-facing listing pages.
Listing content. We store the property details you submit, including address, price, bedroom/bathroom counts, square footage, features, neighborhood descriptions, agent call-to-action text, and any photos you upload. We also store the generated narration script and audio file for each listing.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status associated with your account.
Engagement analytics. For each listing, we track the number of times the QR code was scanned (page loads at /listing/[token]) and the number of times the play button was pressed.
Buyer lead information. Buyers may voluntarily submit their name, email address, phone number, and a message through the opt-in form on listing player pages. By submitting this form, buyers consent to be contacted by the listing agent regarding the property. This information is shared with the listing agent and stored securely on our servers. We do not sell or share buyer lead data with any third parties beyond the agent whose listing generated the lead. Buyers may request deletion of their submitted information by contacting us at hello@hearmyhome.com.
Session data. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. Session data is stored securely on our servers and expires after 7 days of inactivity.
Usage and technical data. We may log standard server access data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your listing content or personal information for advertising targeting.
When you publish a listing, the following information becomes publicly accessible to anyone who scans your QR code or accesses the listing URL:
You control which contact details are shown on buyer pages. You can toggle phone, email, and website visibility in your Contact & Branding settings at any time.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy:

We use a session cookie to keep you authenticated while you are logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function — it does not track your activity across other websites and is not used for advertising.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure anonymous, aggregated usage of the Service (such as pages visited, general location, and device type). This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising tracking pixels, and we do not use your listing content or personal information for advertising targeting.
By using the Service, you consent to the use of these cookies.
We retain your account data and listing content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and listing content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (for example, billing records).
Audio files and QR codes associated with deleted listings are removed from our storage within the same 30-day window.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of passwords, HTTPS for all data in transit, and restricted access to production systems. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
