questions.

Everything about your listing tours, your sign, and what buyers experience at the curb.

Getting Started

Under 2 minutes. Fill in your property details, generate the audio, download your QR code — and your listing is live. The whole process is designed to be faster than writing a property description.
None. Fill in a form, generate audio, print a sticker. If you can fill out a contact form, you can use Hear My Home.
We offer the Hear My Home Sign Kit — a die-cut coroplast sign in black and gold with a Velcro-mounted QR panel, designed to create a distinct curbside presence from the moment it goes in the ground. If you prefer to keep your existing brokerage signage, a QR sticker can be added to any sign. Either approach works; the Sign Kit simply makes the experience immediately recognisable.
A small QR sticker you print at any copy shop and attach to your sign. Buyers point their phone camera at it — exactly like scanning a restaurant menu — and the audio tour opens instantly in their browser.
Two ways. First, you can show sellers in your listing presentation that every home you list includes a professional audio tour on the yard sign — something no other agent in your market is offering. Second, you can show them engagement data: how many buyers stopped, scanned, and listened that week. That's a conversation your competition can't have.

Audio & Experience

Professional broadcast quality — a warm studio narration voice, optional music bed, 60 seconds calibrated to hold a buyer's attention from start to finish. Listen to sample tours on the homepage before signing up.
Yes. After your narration script is ready, you see the full text and can edit it word-for-word before audio is created. Script generation is always free — you only pay when you generate the audio.
Sixty seconds. The script and voice speed are both calibrated to hit exactly 60 seconds — long enough to communicate the key selling points, short enough to hold a buyer's attention at the curb.
The engagement data is encouraging — 60–70% of buyers who scan proceed to listen to the full tour. Buyers are already conditioned to scan QR codes from menus and event check-ins. The motion feels natural from the curb.
Yes. The player page stays live for the duration of the listing, and buyers can play the tour as many times as they like. The QR link doesn't expire until you mark the listing sold or expired.

Printing & Signage

Any print shop — Staples, FedEx Office, Office Depot, or a local printer. Download the high-resolution PNG from your dashboard and ask for a 4×4" glossy sticker. Usually under $2. Same-day printing is typically available.
4×4 inches at minimum. Larger improves curbside scan success. The QR code is generated at 800px — it prints cleanly at any reasonable size without pixelation.
Standard paper stickers hold up in light conditions. For outdoor durability, ask for a laminated or weatherproof vinyl sticker at the print shop — usually the same price. The Sign Kit uses a mounted Velcro QR patch that's built for outdoor use.
Yes — we offer the Hear My Home Sign Kit: a custom house-shaped coroplast sign (18×24") in matte black and gold with H-stakes and a magnet-mounted 8×8" QR panel that swaps per listing. Reserve one free with your first month on a Starter or Active Agent subscription (limited supply), or buy it as a $69 one-time purchase. Learn more →

Analytics & Tracking

You see total scans, plays, completion rate, and peak engagement times per listing. Individual buyer identity isn't tracked — only aggregate engagement data. This is the right balance of insight and buyer privacy.
Per listing: total scan count, total play count, listen completion rate, and peak scan days and times. The dashboard updates in real time. No setup required — tracking begins automatically when your listing goes live.
The data is yours. Pull it up on your phone in your weekly seller update call, screenshot it for an email, or walk through it in a listing review meeting. "47 buyers stopped in front of your home last week. 31 of them listened to the full tour." That's a conversation no other agent in your market is having.
Mark the listing sold in your dashboard. The player page updates to show a "Sold" status, and your full scan and engagement history is preserved in your account — it doesn't disappear.

Pricing

Yes, always. Generate and edit as many narration scripts as you like at no cost. You only pay when you generate the audio and activate the QR code.
One-time options: $19 for a tour only, or $69 for a tour + Hear My Home sign kit. Monthly plans start at $39/month (3 tours) and $79/month (8 tours) — both include a free sign reserved for your first month, while supply lasts. See full pricing →
No. Pay per listing at $19 (tour only) or $69 (tour + sign), no subscription required. Subscriptions offer better value if you list regularly — the Starter plan at $39/month includes 3 tours and a reserved free sign. If you do 2+ listings a month, a subscription pays for itself immediately.
Yes. Many agents treat the audio tour and sign as a standard marketing expense — just like photography or staging. From your dashboard you can send your seller a payment link directly. They pay $69, you get the credit, the listing goes live automatically. At $69, you're asking your seller to invest less than 0.01% of their home's value in a tool that gives you a competitive edge at the curb.
Yes. The Brokerage plan covers unlimited listings and all agents under one account. Contact us for pricing — we work with offices of all sizes.
